- Turn your ticket into a Season Pass for only an additional $34.99. That's almost $25 in savings for a season full of fun.
Can guests upgrade to a Season Pass?
YES! To take advantage of this great offer, guests must present their Spring Spin™ ticket along with an additional $34.99 at any ticket booth. This offer is valid only on the day of the event (April 19, 2009) and is the best price of the season.
How do ticket purchasers receive their FREE ticket to Elitch Gardens for the fall?
Your FREE return ticket is attached to your Spring Spin ticket. This ticket is valid any operating day between September 1 and November 1, 2009.
Does everyone need a ticket to enter the park on Spring Spin™: One Good Turn to Benefit Another?
Everyone who enters the park must purchase a ticket, except guests ages 3 and under and guests age 70 and over, who will be admitted free. Tickets purchased the day of the event will be $29.99. Participating charities receive $5 for every ticket pre-sold by their organization. Organizations do not receive credit for tickets sold the day of the event.
Can guests bring food to the park?
Please note that bringing outside food into the park is not permitted. However, guests may purchase "Meal Deals" at the Guest Relations window on the day of the event. Meal Deals are $8 and are good for a cheeseburger meal, chicken tender meal, Subway meal or Elitches Original Pizza Company meal. Meal Deals savings are over 40%.
What do we do if the ticket and stub become separated?
You will need your ticket stub to enter the park and receive the season pass upgrade and to purchase meal vouchers. If the perforated ticket becomes separated, please tape the two pieces together, and make sure the ticket sequence numbers match.
What about inclement weather?
All events at Elitch Gardens are "rain or shine" events. Some rides and shows may close temporarily in severe weather. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these rides and shows will re-open. In the rare event that the park is closed due to extended severe weather, tickets will be honored for admission any other operating day during the 2009 season. Please call 303-595-4386 the day of the event to determine if the event has been officially cancelled. If the event is officially cancelled by Elitch Gardens, tickets will be honored for admission any other operating day during the 2009 season. No decision will be made until the morning of the event.
Will all of the rides be open?
It is our understanding that most, if not all rides will be open.
What about parking?
Parking is available in front of the main entrance. Cost is $10 per vehicle.
